Regan noticed that self-trust was an important factor for coaches and entrepreneurs to feel more in control and began to think of how to make it applicable to her clients. She started to think about her clients and evaluate their biggest problems and successes. She realized that they lacked self-trust and so she developed a process to help them build it. She created a self-trust resume to provide evidence of results they had achieved and also taught her clients to simplify their business, set realistic expectations, and build their self-trust over a period of time. This allowed them to create success and money that could be repeated.
